Hamilton Arendsen is an experienced trial lawyer who now puts his skills to work helping victims of catastrophic injuries and wildfires throughout California. He has represented numerous clients in connection with their claims against PG&E in the Butte Fire Litigation. Prior to this work on wildfires, Hamilton served as Deputy Chief in the Trial Section of the United States Attorney’s Office, where he earned the Congressional Certificate of Merit and other awards for his courtroom advocacy and investigation into drug trafficking and corruption. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Lawyers Of Distinction (Top 10% of lawyers nationwide), and has been recognized by his peers with an Outstanding Trial Lawyer award. When not in the courtroom, Hamilton spends time with his wife and two boys, volunteers with various community organizations, and teaches a trial skills class at a local law school.
