Brittany Zummer specializes in class action, mass tort and civil litigation. She has recovered millions of dollars for her clients in plaintiff litigation, and has defended major corporations and public figures in civil litigation, and at the appellate court. Brittany has represented over 2,000 individual plaintiffs in wildfire litigation. She has participated in litigation against Pacific Gas & Electric Co., Southern California Edison Co., and the Department of Water & Power. She has represented victims of the Butte Fire, Round Fire, Tubbs Fire, and Nuns Fire.Brittany received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. She graduated in the top 5% of her class, and was a member of the San Diego Law Review. Brittany was a judicial extern for the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff of the Southern District of California. Prior to law school, she earned her undergraduate degree (with honors) from the University of Western Ontario.
